The core principle for selecting diesel fuel is that the pour point of the diesel should be 5-10°C lower than the lowest temperature in the actual environment. For example, in normal temperature environments and summer operating conditions, use standard No. 0 diesel fuel; in low-temperature winter areas, use antifreeze diesel such as No. -10 or No. -20 fuel according to the lowest temperature. High-quality diesel fuel should have the following characteristics: a pale yellow or light gray appearance, clear and transparent, without suspended impurities; and a normal oily smell without a pungent odor.
