CXMT was established in November 2017, adopting the IDM (Vertical Integrated Manufacturing) model, integrating design, research and development, production, and sales. Currently, three 12 inch DRAM wafer fabs have been established in Hefei and Beijing, with production capacity reaching the first in China and the fourth in the world by the end of 2025. Calsion has supplied a total of 46 diesel generator sets, 24 dynamic DUPS units,and 29 static UPS units to the Changxin system.
